Normally when I cook things something has to go wrong. The last time I made biscuits I accidentally made 143. The recipe said two dozen and I swear I followed all the instructions! This time I had no mishaps! This was probably the easiest thing I have ever successfully produced in the kitchen. I was particularly surprised that it was cooked all the way through considering it’s about 4cm thick!
I used this delicious recipe and baked it in a heart shaped cake tin. It would be a bit boring if just left plain so I topped it with yummy things and popped it under the grill for a few seconds. I spread the top with a very thin layer of Nutella to stick the mini marshmallows to. In between the marshmallows I filled the gaps with chocolate chips (normal and mini size). After toasting the marshmallows I added some festive pink and white heart sugar decorations!
This giant cookie would look great in a box maybe even surrounded with more lollies (I’d go for the pink raspberry M&Ms)!
