Confetti Avenue by Charlotte Hartwell: Bioderma

I am calling it Sir Bioderma Crealine because this stuff is so awesome it should be knighted. Bioderma and I have only recently become acquaintances. This is because I only discovered it a few months before I went over to the UK last year. At this point I was making the worlds largest beauty shopping list (because makeup is much cheaper there) and added Bioderma. However, once I was there it was impossible to find. Now I assumed that because I couldn’t find it in the most amazing city in the world (London), there’s no way I’d be able to get it in Australia. A couple of weeks ago I discovered it on the Priceline website on serious sale so I ordered three bottles. Then I actually began to look and found it on a few other Australian websites too. I don’t know if I was living under a rock and it’s been here all along or if it’s just arrived… but I do know that it’s amazing.

I think I’ll just put it down to one of those things in life that I don’t understand. It feels like water but it actually removes all makeup including waterproof mascara. It doesn’t sting your eyes or irritate your skin it just magically steals your makeup. It’s incredibly gentle, fragrance-free, and soothing. I love that it leaves my skin feeling clean rather than stripped so I’ve even being using it on no makeup days after I’ve washed my face to feel even more clean.¬†All you do is pour some on a cotton pad and wipe away your makeup.

This French brand is incredibly popular in Europe and although it’s pretty pricey, I’d still highly recommend it. I think the pink range is for sensitive skin so I may have to try some of the other ranges too!
